Specifications
Half of the quality of our manufacturing stems from the planning, design and specification of all the equipment and technical furniture designed at Maran. It is our designers and draughtsmen who, using a robust industrial management system and CAD technologies, are responsible for anticipating, preparing and guiding the shop floor team, drawing the very best out of their extraordinary potential. Indeed, Maran’s pride lies in its people and what they achieve together.
Cutting
Starting with sheet metal or tubing, our laser cutting department initiates the entire manufacturing process. We have full autonomy in the cutting process, both in terms of equipment and expertise, covering 2D sheet metal and 2D tubing, enabling us to provide the required responsiveness within the production chain and the essential precision that underpins the quality of our work.
Deformation
Forming takes place primarily in our bending workshop. We have a wide range of bending machines operated by skilled professionals, supported by the precision and quality assurance provided by CNC systems. Based on production orders meticulously planned by our technical department, these are brought to life here, giving shape to the metal furniture and equipment for which Maran is so highly regarded.
Welding

Assembly
It is during the assembly process that everything starts to come together. Metal and non-metal components, electronics and hydraulic systems are carefully assembled by our staff. Much more than the sum of its parts, the result is a product that offers added value in terms of both functionality and durability.
Finishing
This is one of the aspects that most sets Maran apart as a manufacturer. Building on a manufacturing process that is already rigorous in itself, the finishing touches serve to elevate the aesthetics and functionality of a piece of equipment to a whole new level. The result is a distinctive piece, with pristine surfaces, perfect joints and smooth edges. This approach applies to everything from the simplest workbench to the most refined luxury metal furniture.
